Education, while essential, is not enough. Young people deserve to live with their families in safety and comfort, in neighborhoods that have a strong social and economic infrastructure, and where businesses and the arts contribute to the community’s overall well-being.
Only when they live in these kinds of communities can children fully take
advantage of, and truly benefit from, available educational opportunities.
